Your responsibilities will include but not limited the following:
- Evaluate/negotiate contractual claims with sub-contractors, sub-tender to sub-contractors
- Product & component sourcing
- Project documentation checklist, project Information & compliance
- Construction checklist
- Assistance with preparing the applications to building surveyor, council, power and water authority etc
